Mindfully Growing Curriculum Schedule
Our curriculum consists of 10 weekly child lessons in mindful eating concepts, 10 weekly child yoga lessons, and concurrent parent and teacher lessons occurring in weeks 1, 5, and 10.

The goal of the Mindfully Growing Curriculum is to reduce stress around food and promote healthy eating behaviors among preschool children and their caregivers. Our curriculum is designed to accomplish these goals through interactive lessons that include tasting opportunities and other engaging activities.
