Our Program Reach

We created the Mindfully Growing program to promote healthy lifestyle choices and eating habits for children across the country.

  • 12 Universal Pre-Kindergarten classrooms in the Jordan-Elbridge School District
  • 10-lesson curriculum covering mindful eating, sensory awareness, and self-regulation
  • Multi-level approach engaging children, parents, and teachers
  • 60+ parents participating in focus groups to co-design culturally responsive program materials
